How much will counseling cost?
We are here to help you figure out the best option for you. You can pay out of pocket, request a sliding scale review, or use your insurance or EAP (employee assistance program).

- Individual private-pay (out of pocket) rate: $120 per 60 minute session
- Sliding scale available based on need; ranges from $60-$120 per 60 minute session
- Insurance accepted: Aetna, Cigna, Optum, BCBS
- Can also provide superbills (like a receipt to get reimbursed by your insurance)

Taylor Burdick uses Alma to process insurance. Alma is HIPAA-compliant and secure. Alma will require your email, phone, name, and insurance information in order to process the insurance. They also require Taylor to send an intake assessment to you to be compliant with insurance requests. You can check the cost through Alma’s portal, or request for us to send you a link or assist with submitting the information. Please contact us if you have any questions!
